Todd started his career as a Quality Engineer in product development in an injection molding facility at Parker Hannifin. He continued his career at another injection molding facility in a joint venture with ITW as a Corporate Quality Manager over several facilities, managing the commercialization and delivery of quality components and assemblies to the automotive industry. From there, Todd moved to North Carolina from Ohio and took another Quality Manager position at an injection molding company, Injectronics.
Todd transitioned to the medical device industry, where he applied his knowledge to product development for Alaris Medical Systems. In 2002, Todd started Gilero with a co-worker from Alaris, focusing the business on medical device product development services for device and pharmaceutical customers. Gilero celebrated its 17-year anniversary in 2019, but in 2011… Todd started to transition out of his daily role at Gilero to build the spin-out company Yukon Medical. Todd is interested in creating company value by identifying significant market opportunities and the corresponding clinical needs.
He is also focused on ensuring the highest integrity and ethical standards in his company and helping others achieve their personal and professional goals—he is a firm believer in the quote “a rising tide lifts all boats.” He has created a values-based culture that encourages innovation and which demonstrates strong employee engagement.
Todd earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from University of Akron. He most enjoys making his two teenage kids laugh, reading books on business and self-improvement, listening to music, researching technology gadgets, and college sporting events.
